How will my item(s) be shipped?

We ship via UPS.

Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us from the shipping company due to it being undeliverable, you will be charged to send it out again at the current UPS shipping rate. If the mistake was made by Bridal411.com personnel, you will not be charged again.

Refused Delivery Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was refused by the receiver, you will receive a refund for the merchandise, less a restocking fee. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders without personalized items usually leave our warehouse within 10 business days. Orders with personalized merchandise may take longer. Occasionally, items are back ordered. You will be notified by email if your item is back ordered and you may choose to cancel the item or be provided an estimated delivery schedule when it will be available.

Once orders leave our warehouse, they usually arrive within 2-8 business days. Shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer (10-21 business days).

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, UPS only ships to physical addresses.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Standard UPS shipping rates apply.

What about shipping fragile items?

Most shipments are insured against damage. This DOES NOT include candles melting in hot weather. We always recommend shipping candle products Overnight as neither UPS nor Bridal411.com will be held responsible if candles arrive melted.

If you receive something damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately by requesting a return or exchange in the order history section of the My Account page. This is to provide a paper trail to follow as most shipping companies require this for damage claims.

Orders

Do you have a minimum required order?

No, unlike some websites, we accept orders of any size with no minimum order charge.

I placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation in my e-mail.

This is usually caused by an spam filter that has marked our e-mail as junk. Please check your spam mail folder and add us to your "safe" list. You can always reprint order receipts from the order history on the My Account page.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and charged we cannot cancel or modify it.

We are not responsible for customer submitted misspellings; the order will be processed exactly how it is entered. We are also not responsible for orders where a customer has missed or failed to enter personalization information; that item will not be returnable.

Can I return items to Bridal411.com?

Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 7 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange on the My Account page. A return number(RMA) will be issued to you in order to ship the item back to us. When we receive the RMA’d item, we will credit back to you the purchase price of the merchandise, less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, when the following conditions are met:

  1. Request for RMA number is within 7 days of delivery date of merchandise.
  2. RMA number is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging
  3. The returned item and packaging, is in "brand new" condition and is resalable. Any items that we deem not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return and no credit will be given. Those items that do not qualify for a refund will not be returned to the customer.
  4. The packaging is not damaged. (We will refuse all damaged packages from shippers)
  5. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 7 days of RMA.
  6. Shoes can NOT have ANY scuff marks or toe imprints (When trying on shoes please use stockings and walk on carpeting)

Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage, and notify us within 7 days of any problems with your order.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Be sure to include the packing slip with your return. This is provided during the return request process. Please use the original packaging that the order was shipped in and pack it securely.

For security reasons, unidentifiable packages will be refused.

Reshipment of refused packages will be charged to you at the current UPS shipping rate.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard,Visa, and Discover credit or debit cards. Your statement will reflect a charge from Bridal411, Inc.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?

We have taken extra measures to protect your personal information during online transactions: We use the latest in 128 Bit Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology, the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We will never send your Credit Card number in an e-mail or any other unencrypted transmission.

We do not store your credit card infromation on our servers. You must enter your billing information everytime at checkout. This minor inconvenience is to ensure that there are no security breaches to your private information.

Any information you provide us will never be sold or given away to any third party organizations.
