After review by the Ji’An Patent Award Review Committee, the people’s government of Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province, decided to award the first prize of patent to Jiangxi Tianyu Chemical Co., LTD., for it’s method for preparing high-purity and low-moisture Tetrachloropropene.This patent, by optimizing the synthesis of Tetrachloropropene to obtain high-purity Pentachloropropane, own the ability to produce 99.5%-99.7% Tetrachloropropene. This technology improves the purity of the product, and raises the standard to an international leading level.This technological breakthrough has greatly promoted the application of fourth-generation hydrofluoro-olefin refrigerant HFO-1234yf and filled the domestic technological gap in this field.

   Ji'an Municipal Patent Award is established by the government. It annually reward for inventions and utility model patents that have a high value of transformation and application, as well as significantly contribute to social and economic development.
